1. Research use only
All products sold by XS Peptides are supplied strictly as reference materials for in-vitro laboratory research and pre-clinical developmental research. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or household chemicals, and are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, or therapeutic application of any kind.
By placing an order you represent that the products will be used only in a controlled laboratory setting, by qualified personnel, in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher, or purchasing on behalf of a research institution, laboratory, or company, to order from XS Peptides. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where we believe products may be diverted to non-research use.
3. Orders & pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice; the price applied is the price displayed at the time your order is placed. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, specifications, and pricing, but errors may occur. Where a material error is identified, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
Payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card details on our systems.
4. Shipping & delivery
Orders received before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for ensuring that receipt and possession of the products is lawful in your jurisdiction, and for any import duties, taxes, or clearance requirements that may apply.
5. Returns & refunds
Because these products are sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or improperly stored items. If a shipment arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially out of specification against its Certificate of Analysis, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Unopened items in original condition may be eligible for return within 14 days at our discretion, subject to a restocking fee.
6. Handling & risk
You acknowledge that there are inherent risks in the handling, storage, use, and distribution of research chemicals. You certify that you possess the proper equipment, facilities, training, and personnel required to manage those risks, and you knowingly accept them. Products must be stored and handled in accordance with their documentation and accepted laboratory safety practice.
7. Limitation of liability
Products are provided "as is" for research purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, XS Peptides disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall XS Peptides be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to the products or their use. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless XS Peptides and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your use, misuse, handling, or distribution of the products, or your breach of these terms.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, product imagery, documentation, and branding, is the property of XS Peptides and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. It may not be reproduced or redistributed for commercial purposes without written permission.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order governs that order. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

THESE CHEMICALS ARE NOT INTENDED TO BE USED AND SHOULD NOT BE USED IN INAPPROPRIATE APPLICATIONS, SUCH AS, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FOOD ADDITIVES, DRUGS, COSMETICS, HOUSEHOLD CHEMICALS, OR OTHER APPLICATIONS OUTSIDE OF IN-VITRO LABORATORY RESEARCH, PRE-CLINICAL RESEARCH, OR IN LABORATORY CHEMICAL SYNTHESIS OR TESTING OF DIFFERENT MATERIALS.
SELLER IS AWARE THAT IN PURCHASING THESE PRODUCTS, CUSTOMER IS AGREEING TO THE ABOVE. HOWEVER, IN THE EVENT THAT CUSTOMER UTILIZES OR CAUSES OTHERS TO USE THESE PRODUCTS OUTSIDE OF THE ABOVE RESTRICTIONS, CUSTOMER IS ACCEPTING SUCH RISKS OF DOING SO ON ITSELF, ABSOLVING SELLER OF ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUCH CUSTOMER ACTIONS, AND SPECIFICALLY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD SELLER HARMLESS FOR ANY CLAIMS MADE BY ANY THIRD PARTY BECAUSE OF SUCH CUSTOMER ACTION.
